• Printed on 60# Glossy self-adhesive Labels stock with UV Coating on one side
• Basic Custom Design with up to 2 revisions of the design before final approval(Additional revisions will be billed at the hourly rate of $85/hour)
• 1 customer-supplied photo/image/logo is included in the basic design
You supply any associated the copy/text. Copy/text should be provided in a digital format .doc (MS Word). Image/logo must be in a high-resolution digital format .eps or .jpg.

Printing turn around is estimated at 8-10 business days. This is for the print process only and does NOT include proofing, or shipping and delivery time.

Additional fees, billed at the hourly rate of $85 per hour, may be incurred if images provided by you require enhancement, modification, touch-up, reconstruction or other processing. Production of charts, graphs and tables will also be billed in addition to the base price at the hourly rate of $85 per hour.
